Our Pharmacy Services

Transferring your prescription is easy! You can:

• Call us with your current pharmacy information
• Visit any Diamond Pharmacy location with your prescription details
• Use our online prescription transfer form
• Have your doctor send the prescription directly to us

We'll handle all communication with your previous pharmacy.

We offer a wide range of vaccines including flu, pneumonia, shingles, HPV, travel vaccines, and more. All our immunizers are certified pharmacists who have completed specialized training in vaccine administration.

Most vaccines are available to patients 12 years and older (with parent/guardian consent for minors). Some age restrictions may apply to specific vaccines.

Many insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, cover medication therapy management (MTM) services. We can check your benefits before your appointment. For patients without coverage, we offer affordable self-pay options.

Our home delivery service is simple:

1. Let us know you'd like delivery when dropping off or calling in your prescription
2. Provide your delivery address and preferred delivery window
3. We'll prepare your medications with special temperature controls if needed
4. Your package will be delivered by our trusted courier service
5. Signature may be required for certain medications

Standard delivery within Harare is free. Same-day delivery available for an additional fee.
