2. Pharmacy Services

Diamond Pharmacy provides prescription dispensing, medication counseling, immunization services, and other pharmaceutical services in accordance with Zimbabwean laws and regulations.

Our services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Prescription Requirements

To dispense prescription medications, we require:

  • A valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider
  • Complete patient information including name, date of birth, and contact details
  • Current health insurance information when applicable

We reserve the right to refuse to fill any prescription if we believe it is not in the best interest of patient safety or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Refund Policy

1. Prescription Medications

Due to legal and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy. Exceptions may be made in cases where:

  • The medication was dispensed in error by our pharmacy
  • The medication is defective or damaged
  • A recall has been issued for the medication

2. Over-the-Counter Products

Unopened, unused over-the-counter products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for:

  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • Exchange for a different product
  • Store credit

Opened or used products may only be returned if defective or if an adverse reaction occurs. A pharmacist consultation may be required for such returns.

3. Medical Equipment & Devices

Medical equipment and devices may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging with all components included. Special orders and custom-fitted items are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Exceptions include:

  • Cash purchases over $100 may be refunded by check
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded via store credit
  • Insurance claims may require additional processing time

5. Services

Fees for clinical services (immunizations, health screenings, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns.
